He has worked closely with brands such as Videocon, BPL, and Harman International. He founded Alphatec after garnering 17 years of rich experience running several businesses in Musical Instruments, Audio Video distribution and AV Integration.
Rahul Dev Sarma
Director Sales, Professional Audio
Rahul has a proficient background in managing institutional and dealer networks across the country. Having worked in sales and marketing for over 20 years with companies such as LG, Prudential, Aircel, and more, Rahul is credited with Alphatec’s swiftly growing distributor network. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a Postgraduate Degree in Management.
Veeryavanta Pariat Bhide
Director Sales, Residential AV
Veeryavanta (aka Veeru) brings 17 years of rich experience in the residential AV industry to the table. He has played roles in distribution, home cinema projects, automation, and integration of entertainment. His vast experience for large-scale project management consultancies makes Veeru a pillar at Alphatec.
Vinoth Parthasarathy
Director, Technical and Business Development.
Vinoth brings with him over 30 years of industry experience in sales, R&D, and business strategy with a deep understanding of Audio-Video, Fire, PA/VA and Evacuation safety systems. An instrumentation engineer and a Master’s in operations management, Vinoth was earlier associated with EST, GE, United Technologies, etc., prior to joining us. At Alphatec, Vinoth has successfully led the PA/VA division and has played an instrumental role in growing the vertical to greater heights.
Dwayne Das
National Head, Application Engineering & Training
Dwayne is a live sound application engineering industry veteran in India, with more than 30 years of experience as an audio engineer with Electrocraft, one of India's leading rental companies. He has received training in EASE and SMART from Germany.
FARHAD K. DADYBURJOR
Business Head, Studio
Since 1989, Farhad has recorded and mixed almost every type of musical genre at various scales for almost every type of media release, ranging from movie songs and soundtracks to orchestral scores, Grammy-nominated albums, radio plays, sound design jobs, and stage shows, in addition to engineering countless commercials.

Chiranjib brings in 27+ years of experience across strategic Sales, Customer Experience & Marketing. He has been part of core teams that have been instrumental to the success of several new startup initiatives and helped organizations grow in their industry and region. He also has rich industry experience in consumer sales with leading brands like ITC, Tanishq, Vodafone, and Aircel. At Alphatec, Chiranjib is responsible for managing Project Sales and Business development through the Install Sales team.

A management postgraduate, Suprit has a rich background in managing institutional and dealer networks across the country.

Ms. Schelicia holds a Master of Business Administration from The American College, London. She brings over 20 years of rich experience across B2B and B2C marketing, brand building, and business growth. She has previously worked with reputed organizations such as SME Chamber of India as Chief Marketing Officer and Soch Group as Vice President of Marketing, among others. Her professional journey includes hands-on experience with well-known brands like Pidilite, Bajaj Electricals, Johnson & Johnson, Lakme, and Mahindra & Mahindra. She will be responsible for driving the organization's overall marketing strategy and growth initiatives.
