Girls School. A part of the eminent Sai Vikash Educational institutes from Guwahati, Northeast
India, the school wanted to level up the auditorium with a high-quality audio system. They wanted to provide a cost-effective audio solution from renowned brands.
Here’s when Shree Krishna Sales and service was chosen as the system integrator and Alphatec AV was the primary equipment provider. The experienced team of Shree Krishna Sales and Service headed by Rajib Chutia, has been in this industry for more than two decades. Alphatec AV was headed Debasish Deb who is an expert in dealing with complex AV installations.
The
challenge
Every installed project comes with its own challenges. The desirable acoustics and height of the large space was a challenge. There was a budget constraint considering the level of equipment quality and its performance meeting the due requirements. At the execution-level, there were layers of challenges as well. In the newly constructed school building, the coordination amongst multiple electrical and civil contractors and wait-time was tough. The delay in getting power connection from the electrical department further made it difficult to execute the project in a stipulated timeline.
The
Solution
The initial discussions involved a brief description of 30+ global AV brands deployed across successful projects. Considering all the requirements and challenges, the teams designed a suitable audio solution. Gooseneck microphones from Audio Technica were added to the solution mix. Turbosound- a renowned British manufacturer for high-quality professional loudspeaker systems was chosen. The NuQ Series speakers served as the perfect fit to provide long term value and deliver impressive performance amplified by Behringer and Labgruppen amplifiers.

IMPACT
The solution could overcome prevalent acoustic with proper orientation and tuning, enhancing sound distribution. All the stakeholders appreciated the timely completion of the project with all the desired support and assistance.
